"Sick Day"

Today was a sick day for us which means NO church - well except for Blake who had to teach a lesson in YM! It all started this past Wednesday and both kids started hacking away and getting stuffy noses. It hasn't eased up at all and at times I wonder if it's getting worse. I took Weston to the dr. on Friday because I wanted to make sure he wasn't getting pneumonia because of how bad he sounded/acted and his age and all, plus I didnt' want to worry all weekend. If he doesn't show signs of getting better by Tuesday I need to take him to get a chest xray. Blake and I get NO sleep these days because our children have decided to only sleep a few hours at a time and then needing one of us to help them fall back to sleep. Let's just say it makes for a grumpy mama during the day!!
We did however have a wonderful Valentine's (well the night before) - my parents watched the kiddos so we could have an evening to ourselves (Thanks a million). We had a yummy dinner at The Keg Steakhouse and then walked around some shops and had great conversation while snuggling in the crisp weather. To add to the greatness my husband has been doing all sorts of great things around the house just because -laundry, dishes (load and unload dishwasher), make dinner, clean up the kids and I haven't asked him to do any of it. LOVE HIM
